About: PR gal in my twenties. As soon as I figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up it became obsolete. Instead of writing for a newspaper I get to write here. My job is exciting and wonderful but exhausting at times, and when I do have the energy to remove my rear from the couch, I enjoy drinking all the wines, shopping for thousands of identical cardigans and striped items, cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide, chasing after my insane English Bulldog, Denny, singing and dancing along with the Avett Brothers, and having as much fun as possible with my friends and family. Sometimes I think about exercising. And then I grab a bag of chips.

Remember when J.K. Rowling’s website first launched and it was THE ABSOLUTE SHIT? We stared at this locked door for months, man. We obsessed about this damn door and how to open it and what would be behind it and you clicked on every little gum wrapper in the trashcan and fiddled with the little radio and chased the flies and spiders around the screen with your cursor and read the Wizard of the Month biography and how well she was playing Minesweeper and listened to that damn dog bark every few minutes and punched 62442 into the phone and took your W.O.M.B.A.T. test and it felt like the greatest thing in the world, short of her, y’know, actually releasing the book sooner. Yes.
