About: PR gal in my twenties. As soon as I figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up it became obsolete. Instead of writing for a newspaper I get to write here. My job is exciting and wonderful but exhausting at times, and when I do have the energy to remove my rear from the couch, I enjoy drinking all the wines, shopping for thousands of identical cardigans and striped items, cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide, chasing after my insane English Bulldog, Denny, singing and dancing along with the Avett Brothers, and having as much fun as possible with my friends and family. Sometimes I think about exercising. And then I grab a bag of chips.

GET AT ME

  4. kristinintheuk said: If you’re just starting out I think a personal trainer is pretty important for learning proper form and what you need to do to reach your work out goals. Once you get the hang of it though you can nix the trainer and just use what you learned!
  5. ohonelovelyday answered: I have been using eye/face cream since I was 15/16. My mom said it was good to start early. I am training 1 day wk/1 hr.
